Selection and Refinement
Our wines are born with respect for the territory and ancient traditions of Valtellina. Manual selection of grapes ensures the highest quality, allowing the unique character of our terroir to be best expressed. We produce three dry red wines, made from 100% Nebbiolo grapes, each with distinctive characteristics that tell the story and essence of our land.
Sassi Solivi
The iconic wine of the cooperative. An authentic wine that respects the traditions and character of our territory.

I Ciaz
Our cru. Selected grapes from the highest areas of Sassella DOCG, for a wine that expresses high minerality.

Sassi Solivi Riserva
Produced only in the best vintages. Made from grapes left overripe on the vine for a more complex and nuanced structure.

Wine sales
Our cooperative, committed to the careful selection of grapes, prioritizes excellence over quantity, which results in a very limited production of bottles. For this reason, we do not yet have an online shop. Our wines can be purchased directly from our headquarters, through authorized retailers or by contacting us via email to arrange a shipment.
