Wine cellar

The cellars represent a historical heritage that reflects the identity of the cooperative. Once used as stables, ovens, or small pantries, these rooms still retain the rustic and authentic charm of the Valtellina of yesteryear. With over two centuries of history, each room houses oak barrels dedicated to wine aging, in a setting that respects and enhances the traditional methods of Valtellina's artisanal viticulture. One of the most distinctive features of these cellars is their structure, composed of thick stone walls that guarantee a constant temperature throughout the year, ideal conditions for the slow and harmonious aging of Nebbiolo.
